  • Includes technical support, training, and maintenance

1.2 User Data & Accounts

  • Account creation may be required for some SaaS services
  • User data is securely stored on our servers

1.3 Intellectual Property

  • All technology, branding, and software are owned by B2B MANTRA
  • Users receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license as per their plan

1.4 Third-Party Services

  • External services (e.g., Calendly) may be used
  • Their respective terms apply

1.5 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Downtime due to third-party issues or misuse
  • Data issues due to outdated software or malware
  • Indirect or incidental losses

1.6 Legal Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Maharashtra courts

1.7 Representations & Warranties

You confirm:

  • You are authorized to agree
  • You won’t misuse, reverse engineer, or illegally distribute the software
  • You accept third-party service terms independently

1.8 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disaster, war, pandemic, etc.)

1.9 User Responsibilities

  • Enter accurate data
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Follow relevant laws (e.g., medical data compliance)

1.10 General Terms

  • Written form required for waivers
  • Severability applies
  • This agreement doesn’t create an employment or agency relationship

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

2.7 Backups to Client Cloud Accounts

  • For offline software users only

  • Client is responsible for cloud accounts (Gmail/Google Drive)
  • We are not liable for any data loss
  • No backups are kept by us unless agreed in writing

3. Maintenance & AMC for Offline Software

AMC plans are available for offline software clients.

3.1 Included Services

  • Remote bug fixing and troubleshooting
  • Software health/performance checkups
  • Basic backups to client cloud
  • Migration within same OS (if needed)

3.2 Not Included

  • New version upgrades
  • Feature enhancements
  • Data recovery beyond basic access
  • On-site visits

Without AMC, no emergency support is offered.
